PADI open water diver certification in Sosua Bay, Dominican Republic.
3 day, fairly intensive course with a theory exam at the end of it.
They don't tell you about the theory exam when you sign up for it, but it's a doddle really
(I only got 2 wrong out of 50). My hair doesn't usually stand up like that, I'll wear a hat next time ;)

Left - the atlantic coast of Dominican Republic. Quite windy and sea gets rough in exposed areas.
If you go away from the tourist resorts it gets quite peaceful and the locals are very nice people.

Quite nice, but lots of noisy kids :(
